Description

From Idea to Prototype – A Structured Path to Startup Readiness

The HPI Founder Studio is the structured pre-incubation offer of the HPI Engine. It provides for a learning-driven environment where individuals systematically develop their entrepreneurial mindset into validated concepts and working prototypes, tailored to their personal starting point.

Whether participants begin with a technology insight, a societal challenge, or a concrete user problem, the program helps them move forward through guided experimentation, milestone-based progression, and practical frameworks.

Systematic support from the Engine team

The HPI Engine team of experienced coaches facilitates the program, which provides structured guidance, thematic input, and orientation throughout the journey. Peer formats, expert sessions, and milestone reflections support participants in building confidence, competence, and clarity around their idea.

Your path to the HPI Engine Incubator

Upon completing the Founder Studio, participants have built a validated prototype, tested core assumptions, and shaped their narrative. This foundation prepares them for potential entry into the HPI Engine Incubator — the Engine’s incubation program for early-stage tech ventures.
